Your purchase or use of my electronically delivered newsletter, Organic Bob’s Almanac, indicates that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions: 1. How to subscribe and price of electronic subscription: Cost of the one-season subscription for Organic Bob’s Almanac is $19.95 for the season. You will receive a user name and password to access the premium content at OrganicBob.com. 2. Payment Terms: Your subscription will begin on the publication date after we receive successful payment. If you pay by check, your subscription will begin on the publication date after your check clears our bank. If we are aware that a payment does not go through, we will notify you so you may take appropriate action. 3. Unauthorized use: You may not place any of our electronic newsletters and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from Organic Bob. 4. Updates: Any updates to these terms will be sent to you by email. (Please use an active email address when registering for Organic Bob’s Almanac.) 5. Electronic distribution: After we have successfully received your payment, you will be granted access to the current and previously published editions of the current season’s Organic Bob’s Almanac. 6. Assignability: You may not assign, or transfer this paid subscription to anyone else without prior written consent from Organic Bob. 7. Ownership: You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our Organic Bob’s Almanac electronic newsletters, modified or unmodified. These electronic newsletters are property of Organic Bob and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Organic Bob, it’s owners or employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our information. 8. Use of Content: You acknowledge that the site contains or may contain material (collectively the “Content”) that is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted Agreement from the Organic Bob. 9. Refund policy: Since Organic Bob is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods I don’t issue refunds after the subscription has been paid, which you are responsible for understanding upon registering at my site. If at any time you wish to stop receiving the electronic newsletter, email Organic Bob. No refunds will be issued. 10. Support: If you experience technical difficulties, contact Organic Bob. Organic Bob reserves the right to change or modify current Terms with no prior notice. 11. Frequency of publication: Organic Bob’s Almanac is published monthly from April though November. A subscription is for one season only. All subscriptions for a specific year, no matter when purchased, will terminate in December of that year. You will have access to archives dating back to April of that same year.
